Sleeping in the hills
Pretending to lay in the clouds, but in reality laying in the hills,
The way it feels, makes the world seem like a peaceful place to sleep,
My ties with the earth spread to the depth of soil, and to high shrill of a bird on that hill,
I lost my way, but I will lay on this hill and count sheep, safe in its keep,
Listening to the notes of the wind, and composing in meditation,
Spending the time to let nature wash my heap of worries while I oversleep,
In the instance of my absence of life, let my duration be left at this location as my cremation,
I feel peace, in this sleep, I feel the release of grief, being lifted away to the heels of the hill, while I sleep peacefully on its peak.
Lift your spirits in this lost world by returning to nature, its beginning.
